If you request account deletion before the seven-year retention period ends, we anonymise your data — we remove your name, ID, and payment information but retain betting records linked to an anonymous account ID. This allows us to maintain audit trails while protecting your privacy.
We at rpvip encrypt your data in transit and at rest, limit staff access to what they need, and delete personal information after legal retention periods end.
Your Rights and Data Access
You have the right to request access to all data we hold about you. Contact our support team with your account ID and request a data export. We will provide a copy of your personal data, betting history, and account activity within ten business days. The export is in a standard format (CSV or JSON) that you can download or share with another service.
You have the right to correct inaccurate data. If your name, address, or payment information is wrong, log into your rpvip account and update it in Settings. If you cannot correct it yourself, contact support and we will make the change within five business days.
You have the right to request deletion of your data, subject to legal hold periods. If you close your account and request deletion, we anonymise your personal information immediately but retain betting records for seven years (anti-money-laundering compliance). After seven years, all data is deleted. If you request deletion before the seven-year period, we cannot comply fully, but we will anonymise your data so it cannot identify you.
You have the right to object to data processing for marketing purposes — we do not use your data for marketing, so this right does not apply. We share data with third-party processors only where necessary to provide our service. Our payment partners (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) receive tokenised payment references to process deposits and withdrawals — they do not receive your full identity data. Our hosting provider stores our servers and databases — they have access to encrypted data but not encryption keys. Our email provider sends account notifications and support responses — they do not have access to your betting data or payment information.
